A Season of Love, Promises, and Meaning
This time of year is always a busy one for me as an officiant — and honestly, one of the most meaningful. As calendars fill up, families gather, and the holidays approach, I’m reminded just how important it is to pause and focus on what truly matters: love, connection, and intention.
Wedding ceremonies are often planned during hectic seasons of life. There are to-do lists, deadlines, family opinions, and a thousand moving parts. But at the heart of every ceremony is something beautifully simple — two people choosing each other, out loud, with purpose.
That’s why I believe ceremonies matter so deeply, especially during this time of year. They are moments of grounding. Moments where time slows, distractions fade, and love takes center stage. Whether it’s a large celebration or a quiet elopement, the ceremony is where promises are made and a new chapter truly begins.
I hope everyone — married, engaged, or simply surrounded by loved ones — takes a moment to reflect on the love they share and the commitments they hold close. Love doesn’t have to be loud or elaborate to be powerful. Sometimes, it’s found in the quiet, intentional moments that mean the most.
From my heart to yours, I wish you a safe, peaceful, and happy holiday — filled with warmth, love, and meaningful moments worth remembering.
